Sylentis has an active research and development program directed at the identification of new compounds for the treatment of diseases using RNA interference.

During the beginning of our activity we centred our efforts on glaucoma treatment, indication for which we have our most advanced compounds at this moment.

Additionally we have other lines of investigation which are in R&D or preclinical stages. At the moment we have compounds destined to the treatment of dry eye syndrome and inflammatory disease at different stages of development.

We have also begun the first stages of characterization for other indications within the field of neurodegenerative diseases.
