Sylentis is formed by a highly qualified team of people with broad experience in the RNAi field and who are constantly trained and updated with the latest technical and scientific advances in the field.

There are two main areas of work within the company: Research, which comprises the Molecular Biology, Affymetrix, Cell Culture and Analytical Chemistry departments; and Development, which comprises the Pharmaceutical Technology, Preclinical Development and Clinical Development departments. In addition, the organisation also has support departments such as Business Development, Financial, Quality Assurance and Intellectual Property.
